Our Corporate Social Responsibility

Posted on 28th October 2015

Before being seen as ‘green’ was fashionable, we were already there. Since day one, we’ve committed to being an ethical and socially aware business.

We aim to think green wherever we can – from our branding, to our office policies and accreditations. We were even the first agency outside of London to be ISO 14001 accredited, which means we have a regularly updated and externally audited environmental manual that underpins our policies.

As part of this, we ensure we minimise our effect on the environment, be that in the office or onsite – reducing and recycling as much as we can, from paper, card and glass to sets and props, and encouraging our clients to do the same.

We believe CSR should be embedded into a business, not just to tick a box, so this is built into our strategy, from ensuring we have a sustainable business model to ensuring that we’re innovative in our sector – having a shared value and vision.

And we feel so strongly about our position that we’ve even built this into our own evaluation of new business opportunities, ensuring they meet the ethical stance of our business.

In terms of who we work with, those on our preferred supplier database are required to complete a comprehensive questionnaire and provide copies of all relevant insurance, environmental, quality control and CSR policies.

All of our practices are put in place to ensure that we effectively manage our clients, our suppliers, and our team, in a way that maintains our ethical and socially aware standpoint.
