Why

We worked closely with the Hyundai team to develop the creative strategy and concept, event theme, content and media creation, delegate management, event production, logistics and travel bookings for the event.

How

Hyundai Motor UK kicks every year off with a dealer conference, but with no car to launch in 2016, the event and experience had to stand up on its own.

The conference provides a platform for networking, sharing key messages and discussing future plans, with the overall objective of getting their dealer network motivated and aligned for year ahead.

What

Held at the prestigious Park Plaza Westminster Hotel, fresh worked closely with Hyundai to develop a fully immersive stage design that utilised a combination of 450 LED panels, accompanied by projection walls spanning a remarkable 70m to truly bring the content to life.

We created the dynamic event identity ‘I’m in’, which was used across multiple channels of content including speeches, video, signage, and presentations – creating a shared sense of ownership during the event.

The entire event was managed and executed to the highest standard and genuinely exceeded my expectations. The team at fresh understood our objectives from the outset and delivered both creatively and logistically. It truly was a collaborative process and the start of a great working relationship.
