With Mothercare aiming to become the number one retailer for parents and children, they were undergoing considerable change as a business.

As part of this revolution it was vital that the store colleagues fully understood the role they need to play, not only in delivering a successful AW15 trading season, but also in reshaping the brand experience in store.


fresh developed a strong and impactful event strategy to ensure colleagues were engaged throughout their AW15 leadership and trading event. As the core message of the day was to communicate the AW15 trading strategy, we ensured all creative, theming, messaging and interaction focused around this.


fresh delivered the event concept and delivery within a six-week timeframe, creating the event theme and identity, delegate management via a bespoke-built digital registration system, venue management and technical production.

We also developed the strategic content for the day, working with the guest speakers to ensure the messages were communicated in an engaging and informative way.

Feedback from store colleagues and the board highlighted that this event was the most successful Mothercare event yet.
