Bentley came to us with a vision of hosting a luxury conference at their world-famous Crewe campus to give their global retailers a meaningful brand experience. The only problem? The logistically difficult site didn’t have the facilities to accommodate a large-scale conference.
Wrap around screens and 3D audio gave every delegate the best seat in the house
Previously the Global Retailer Conference had been delivered as a roadshow, travelling to different regions and countries to engage with retailers. However, we knew how important it was to Bentley to bring their global retailers ‘home’ to be together at the ‘Dream Factory’ campus in Crewe.
Delivered two individual events for retailers and investors – both hosted in a fully immersive conference facility custom built on Bentley’s Crewe site. Wrap around screens and 3D audio gave every delegate the best seat in the house to enjoy plenary presentations, discussions and activations of the Bentley brand as it journeys into its next century. To this end, the new 3D brand expressions were incorporated throughout the event to set the standard for the look and feel of future events and activations.
Bentley’s 2022 GRC event produced 430 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO2e), which will be neutralised through investment in high-quality carbon credits.
Across two days retailers immersed in the Bentley experience with breakout sessions, exclusive access to the factory, dinner on the assembly line, and luxury experiences overlooking the Manchester skyline.
