For almost five years, fresh have partnered with Ferrero UK to deliver their annual company conference and unify colleagues, celebrate success, and inspire them with the exciting things happening across the business.
Ferrero colleagues joined us for an exciting two-days, kickstarted with an insightful and dynamic plenary.
Each year has thrown a new challenge – from a live conference in 2019 to tackling a completely virtual broadcast in 2020 and coming together in 2021 for a hybrid ‘TV’ show. For the 2023 chapter, the challenge for us was to evolve their content to match their well-established identity of ‘Growing Bigger, Growing Better’. Ultimately, we wanted to leave colleagues with a lasting sense of belonging and pride, and empower them to carry this forward into their future at Ferrero.
We worked closely with Ferrero’s leadership team to refine the content for each of the 10 plenary presentations and bring them to life in unique and interesting ways. This allowed us to shine a spotlight all the fantastic work happening throughout the company, including within sustainability and innovation with exclusive sneak previews of new products in the pipeline.
This was followed by a gala dinner, celebrating colleague achievements with an awards ceremony, and of course, plenty of entertainment and a DJ to dance the night away before a full morning of team building the next day.
Our best work comes from working in partnership - and this couldn't be more true than with Ferrero. We've been through a lot together since 2019, navigating our way through virtual events and now back to live. It's great to work with a team who are so open to trying new formats and fresh ideas.
