Lots changed at Bentley during the pandemic – products, culture, vision, even bricks and mortar – and they wanted to celebrate this with a campus-wide, family-friendly event that rewarded colleagues whilst re-engaging them with the brand.

Having worked on similar events at Bentley’s centenary, we knew how important this opportunity was for reigniting colleague love for the brand. So, we pulled out all the stops to provide exclusive, money-can’t-buy experiences, right where it all began.
Despite the Crewe campus being a working factory, our carnival-themed festival filled every corner, with pockets of entertainment, food trucks, live music, kids activities, and a maker’s market with local businesses.
But the true demonstration of our strategic partnership came in the creation of our brand immersion zones, which allowed colleagues to explore the luxury innovation, manufacturing and engineering skills of the future all taking place in the most sustainable factory in the world – Bentley’s Crewe campus.
