As a leading manufacturer of electric vehicles, each year Hyundai take part in Fully Charged Live, the world’s number one electric vehicle and home energy show. For the 2022 chapter, we partnered with Hyundai to create a stand that cut through the noise with memorable, interactive experiences to showcase their electrification journey and the power of going green.
How could we reduce costs whilst delivering on sustainability and sales targets, without cutting the appeal of the stand?
We were up against a challenge: with a tight budget, how could we reduce costs whilst delivering on sustainability and sales targets of 100 leads and 90 test drives a day - without cutting the appeal of the stand?
First how to drive footfall to the stand – and what’s more attention grabbing than 10 shiny cars strategically lined up on a test track? Once visitors are in, how to keep them there. Kids could build their own Roblox worlds with Hyundai vehicles to see how going electric could benefit their future, while adults were able to use the interactive CO2 calculator to compare how ‘green’ different modes of transport were to the IONIQ 5.
Not only was the stand totally fit for purpose on educating visitors about how to lead a greener life, but test drives for all three days sold out in the first 10 minutes and the modular walls that housed the stand will be re-used at small stages at other Hyundai events. Win win all round.
