Reconnecting colleagues to reveal a new dawn of Hyundai

With hundreds of dealerships across the country, Hyundai were keen to bring together their national network and HMUK colleagues face-to-face for the first time in over two years to announce exciting updates, share ideas and engage with other dealerships and employees. Having worked with them to produce their ground-breaking Virtual Experience Centre (VEC) and Fully Charged exhibition, our partnership made total sense to support them on this next venture.

The launch of the IONIQ 5 in 2021 marked the first model in Hyundai’s new IONIQ line-up brand dedicated to battery electric vehicles – in other words, a monumental product attracting a new audience. As the first retailer conference in years, it was a chance to showcase the rebirth of the Hyundai brand and educate them on how to represent and translate this new identity into activations on a local level.

Nearly 700 delegates attended the conference and participated in plenary sessions, think-tank workshops, and a special reveal of the highly anticipated IONIQ 6. Most importantly though were the breakout sessions and the strategy that behind them that created meaningful brand moments and left retailers feeling empowered to activate on the high street.

The Hyundai Retailer Conference marked the latest in a series of work we’ve completed with Hyundai, using our knowledge of the brand and joined-up thinking across our internal teams to deliver something truly memorable and inspiring.
