With the mission of giving Samsung an impactful presence within the Vodafone Contact Centre, fresh stepped in and seamlessly blended two Samsung brands into one space, creating a captivating design that isn’t just visually striking; but an experience that draws you in.
With the brief in mind, we meticulously crafted every aspect from the layout to the showcased branded items, enhancing Samsung’s visibility with a distinctive area. This included dedicated spaces tailored to enhance guest experiences and ensure Samsung remains at the forefront of advisor's minds when selling.
Meet the stars of the show, the celebrities of the moment... the epic Samsung devices. This is an area of the installation where everyone can get hands-on with the devices and learning about and experience their capabilities.
The Samsung One training area offers guests a space to access training materials and host meetings, even when support staff aren’t onsite, so guests can make the most of the area.
The breakout area is a space that boasts a whole load of possibilities - from unwinding and resetting, to hosting meetings and training sessions, this space was designed to facilitate it all.
